To open a new FiinTrade account, please follow the steps below:

2. Fill in personal information

3. Activate your account via Email

After registering, you will receive an activation email at the email address you entered during registration. Select the link in the email to activate your account. 

4. Log in to your account

You can use your registered email and password to log in to FiinTrade, where you can manage your account and download  data.

FiinTrade cannot teach you how to trade nor make any trading decisions for you. We do have a dedicated team of trading specialists that can help you design your trading strategy based on a number of factors, but ultimately, all final decisions are made by the client.

You can open a trading account with your company name via regular subscription process on FiinTrade website. Please fill in personal details of the person who is the company’s authorized representative and then email to support@fiintrade.vn with the attached company's official documents such as business license, organization charter, etc. ... You should also include the company name, location and company identity as well.

Once we receive all the necessary documents, our Customer Support Team will assist you in finishing the subscription.

FiinTrade takes serious precautionary measures to ensure that your personal details are held in absolute confidence. Your passwords are encrypted and your personal details are stored on secure servers and cannot be accessed by anyone, with the exception of a very small number of authorized members of staff.

FiinTrade is compatible with most digital devices including computers, tablets and phones (including IOS and Android operating systems). So that, FiinTrade is compatible with Mac.
